This Privacy Policy applies to the Velox Network application and website (together, the "Application"), created by Velox Network ("Service Provider") as a free service, available both as a website and as a Telegram Mini App. This service is provided "AS IS."

The Application collects certain information when you use it, including but not limited to:

- The pages and screens you visit within the Application
- Time and date of your visits
- Time spent on pages and the app overall
- Operating system and browser type on your device
The Application does not collect precise location data from your device.
The Service Provider may use your information to contact you occasionally for important notices, updates, or promotional purposes.

Telegram Mini App Data
If you use Velox Network through Telegram, we receive the information Telegram provides to any Mini App you open: your Telegram user ID, first name, and username (if you have one set). This is used solely to identify your account and, if you choose, to link it to an existing email-based account so your balance stays consistent across both. We do not receive your Telegram messages, contacts, or any other Telegram data beyond what is needed for this.
Identity Verification (KYC) Data
If you complete identity verification to connect a withdrawal wallet, we collect the information and documents you submit (such as your full name, country, ID type, and a selfie photo). This data is used exclusively to verify your identity for withdrawal eligibility and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Submitting false or stolen identity information violates our Terms of Service.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with third parties to help improve the Application. These third-party services have their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Telegram (for users accessing via the Mini App)
Your information may also be disclosed:
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g. subpoenas, court orders)
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the Service Provider

Cookies & Local Storage
The website uses cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. These are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising profiling.

You can stop data collection at any time by no longer using the Application, or by uninstalling it if you installed it as a web app on your device.
Data Retention Policy
Your data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter. If you delete your account from within the app, your account record is archived internally for a period before permanent removal, primarily to protect you against accidental deletion — see our Terms of Service for details.
Children's Privacy
This Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable precautions to protect your data using physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards, including encrypted password storage and signed authentication for Telegram Mini App access.
