Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, opening the Velox Network Mini App inside Telegram, or otherwise using Velox Network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Velox Network. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is not prohibited by the laws of your country.
The Service
Velox Network lets registered users earn VELX tokens through in-app mining sessions, task completion, and referrals. VELX balances, mining rates, and boost levels are recorded and managed on our servers and are subject to change as the platform evolves.
- Mining rewards accrue automatically over time once a mining session is started — no action beyond starting the session is required.
- Boost levels are purchased by sending the exact requested amount in USDT to the address shown at checkout, and are activated once payment is verified by our team.
- Referral rewards are credited when someone joins using your referral code or link, whether through the website or the Telegram Mini App.
Account Verification (KYC)
Connecting a withdrawal wallet and withdrawing funds requires completing identity verification. Submitting false, misleading, or someone else's identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
Telegram Mini App & Account Linking
Velox Network is available both as a website and as a Telegram Mini App. You may link a Telegram identity to an existing email account, or vice versa, using the linking tools provided in the app. Once linked, both surfaces share a single account and balance.
Prohibited Conduct
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or task rewards.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Submitting fraudulent KYC documentation.
Violating these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, including forfeiture of any accumulated balance.
No Financial Guarantee
VELX tokens and any USDT conversion rates shown in the app are determined by Velox Network and may change at any time. The Service is provided for engagement and entertainment purposes; nothing in the Service constitutes financial or investment advice.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velox Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Intellectual Property
The Velox Network name, logo, app design, and all associated branding are the property of Velox Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary to use the Service as intended (for example, sharing your own referral link).
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users. Where practical, we will attempt to notify you of the reason. Termination for cause forfeits any pending, unclaimed, or accumulated balance associated with the account.
You may close your own account at any time from the app's Profile screen. Doing so archives your account data before removal (see Section on Data & Deletion below) rather than destroying it immediately, giving you a window to request it back if you change your mind — contact support to ask about this.
Data & Account Deletion
When you delete your account through the app, your account record is archived internally before removal, rather than being permanently and immediately destroyed. This exists purely to protect you against accidental deletion — it is not a guarantee of indefinite retention, and archived records may be permanently purged after an extended period at our discretion.
Financial and audit records (such as withdrawal history, conversion history, and boost purchase records) are retained independently of your account status, as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
Multiple Access Points, One Account
Velox Network can be accessed via the website and via the Telegram Mini App. When you link these together, they share a single underlying account, balance, and transaction history. You are responsible for keeping the credentials or linked Telegram identity for that account secure — Velox Network is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to a device or Telegram account you control.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding your account, a transaction, or these Terms, we encourage you to first contact support directly so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most account and balance questions can be resolved this way without escalation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial practice applicable to digital services, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Velox Network, its operators, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Force Majeure
Velox Network is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, hosting provider downtime, blockchain network congestion, or actions of third-party payment processors.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
